Common Area Maintenance Request
Please refer to Section 5.01 of the CCL ByLaws for detailed information on maintenance items that are the HOA's responsibility.
Responsibility of the HOA (examples only):
- Gutters, downspouts, siding, soffit, facia, and other external building components
- Landscaping including lawn, shrubbery, and other plantings in common and limited common areas originally installed by the HOA or developer
- Street, driveway (excluding garage apron), turnarounds, parking areas, etc.
