Welcome to Cross Creek Lakes!
Cross Creek Lakes is a community of condominiums along Clearvista Dr in Lafayette, Indiana that is self-managed by its residents as a homeowners association. Boasting a total of 40 units, the community is a scenic neighborhood of colorful landscaping, a picturesque pond, and a simple clubhouse that residents enjoy.
The original 20 units of Cross Creek Lakes were built between 2000 and 2002, along with the community's clubhouse. Between 2005 and 2006, another 8 units were added into the community. Finally, the last 12 units were constructed between 2018 and 2020.
Cross Creek Lakes takes pride in managing its neighborhood with an HOA that is governed by residents of the community. The board of directors consists of 5 members that maintain the character of the community and protects the community's assets. The current board of directors include:
